No Fees

Wilcox + Partners do not charge registration fees and we don’t charge to renew a Tenancy, to put it plainly, Wilcox + Partners just don’t charge fees!

One to One Contact

We appreciate how important it is to be able to contact your Landlord, especially when faults arise and to this end, each house has a dedicated WhatsApp group where you can easily log maintenance requests, tenants also have a direct telephone line to their landlord to discuss any issues that arise.

Fully Maintained

If a fault or issue does arise at your property, once it’s reported, our qualified and dedicated maintenance team will be on it as fast possible, usually affecting a fix within 24hrs.

All Inclusive Options Available

Talk to us about having your bills paid! With our special all inclusive option, all of our properties are EPC certified so you know you’ll be paying the lowest bills possible.

Double Beds

All of our bedrooms have double beds as standard and all have protected mattresses and replaced every four years irrespective of their condition.

Prime Locations

All of our houses are located close to Southampton University, Southampton Solent University, local amenities & the fantastic nightlife.


Houses are fully compliant with all current legislation. Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Certificates, fire alarm and smoke detectors; all certificated annually.


We know it’s not Kew, but barbeque – fully functional for those party nights, a big advantage over living in a high-rise block.


All houses are furnished to a good standard with all of the equipment you would expect to find in a quality student home, including a washing machine, cooker, microwave and in most cases, a 55″ TV plus a parking space.


Clear, straight-forward paperwork & all of your queries answered personally before you sign. We are an honest and straightforward company and once the deposit is paid, the house is immediately removed from the market.

Energy Effiecient

We know money could be tight, so all of our properties are energy efficient with double glazing helping your money go further. Our UPVC double glazed windows have shoot bolt locking – great for security and for your heating bills!

Central Heating

All of our properties are fitted with modern, well maintained central heating systems, ensuring your safety and comfort.
